CRISPY SALMON BOWLS this week has been a week of simple dinners, tonight’s was a quick & easy salmon bowl. This recipe made 2 portions For the salmon - 2 salmon fillets - Tsp each of garlic pepper, onion granules & paprika - Tbsp of old bay seasoning (if you don’t have this just add extra paprika or cajun!) Cut the salmon into bite size pieces and add to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients, then air fry for 10 mins at 180. For the bang bang sauce: - 4tbsp light mayo - 2tbsp sweet chilli - 1tbsp sriracha We had ours with rice, tenderstem and avocado!
